Our Facility
Seated on 20 acres in beautiful Chardon, Ohio, Cornerstone Ranch is a gated facility with premier fencing surrounding the entire property and each pasture. Our property features heated barns, a heated indoor arena, an outdoor arena, groomed, maintained, and rotated pastures, and all-weather pastures.
Cornerstone Ranch is A PRIVATE FACILITY, open to BOARDERS 24/7/365.
Features
HEATED Indoor Arena
146’ x 68’. Features tempered glass mirrors, premium Geo-Textile footing, and a Sonos sound system. The arena is dragged and watered daily.
Outdoor Arena
Extra large level arena, 203’ x 75’ with sand footing.
Stallion Facility
A private barn with regulation stallion fencing, and private paddocks attached to stalls. Stalls can be configured to double-wides.
Outdoor Grounds
17 groomed, maintained, and rotated pastures, 3 with run-in sheds.
3 all-weather pastures.
Over 2.5 acres of trails.
Oversized round pen available.
1/3 acre stream-fed pond with fountain, picnic area & fire pit which leads into trails.
Centrally located picnic area.
Gated Facility
We have installed premier fencing with electrobraid surrounding the entire property and each pasture.

Surveillance Cameras are monitored by staff and every stall is monitored both for safety and security 24/7.
